Robert Carlson, D.V.M. grew up in Bedford, MA. He earned his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and his doctorate of veterinary medicine from Cornell University. He is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners. Working as a small animal veterinarian, Dr. Carlson noted that the typical small animal clinic experience was highly stressful for the average cat. In 1987 he established The Cat Doctor, the second cats-only veterinarian clinic in Massachusetts. |

Anne Richards, D.V.M. joined The Cat Doctor in 2001 and has been working with cats exclusively since graduating from veterinary school. She received her bachelors degree in biology from Swarthmore College and her veterinary degree from Cornell University. She is a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners and the Cornell Feline Health Center. Dr. Richards also volunteers regularly at feral cat trap-neuter-return clinics held by Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society and Commonwealth Cats. |

Jan Belmonte, D.V.M. is a 1985 graduate of the Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of The American Association of Feline Practitioners, a Fellow of the Academy of Feline Medicine, a member of the Veterinary Botanical Medicine Association, as well as a member of the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association. She has received extensive training in Western Herbal Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has practiced exclusively with felines since 1988 and has been associated with the Cat Doctor office since 1993. |

Kim Hogrefe, D.V.M. joined the Cat Doctor in 2007. She graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001 and in 2002 she completed an internship in medicine, surgery and emergency care at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in Rhode Island. Dr. Hogrefe is a member of The American Association of Feline Practitioners. |
