Another Covid Update!

2/25/2022

Hopefully we are saying goodbye to Omicron and we can all relax a bit from all of the Covid restrictions.  As of Feb. 28th we will again be allowing humans to come into the office for consultations.  One person per consultation will be allowed in.  We ask that you are vaccinated and you will need to wear a mask at all times.

To decrease congestion within our office, you still need to call the office when you arrive in the parking area.  We will instruct you when to come into the office.  If you are picking up medications or food, please call and complete payment over the phone and then we will meet you at the front door.

Covid has affected our office in multiple ways.  An increase in demand for services during a decrease in available well trained staff has made it difficult to provide the same immediate care that we have been accustomed to.  Our staff is small and dedicated, and have worked very hard to cover shifts and worked overtime to keep our offices functioning.  Please be aware that scheduling is still demanding, but we are doing our best to accommodate everyone’s schedules.

Covid Update

2/13/2022

Finally some good news!  We seem to have survived this latest round of covid infections and as the number of cases diminishes, we will once again allow humans to accompany their cats into the office beginning Feb. 28.

Please call the office from the parking area when you arrive.  We still want to maintain uncrowded reception areas, so we will inform you when to come into the office.  One person per consultation will be allowed into the office.  That person should be vaccinated and masks MUST be worn at all times.

If you are picking up medications or food, please call from your vehicle and we will take your credit card info over the phone and bring the items out to meet you outdoors.

Hopefully this is the beginning of a path back to normal, but we have been here before, so please check back in as the spring weather arrives.
